By purchasing a ticket for the JoomlaDagen, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

Prices and payment The prices include 21% VAT. Tickets must be paid in full before the start of the conference. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Tickets for the conference A ticket for the JoomlaDagen gives access to the conference and includes a catered lunch, drinks and snacks during the breaks.

Transfer of tickets Conference tickets can be transferred. Send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and request a transfer by stating the old name and the desired new name on the ticket. Please note that after we have sent the badges to the printer, we can no longer make changes.

Unofficial promotions It is strictly forbidden to use tickets as a prize in or as part of promotions, sweepstakes or other promotions, without the express permission of the JoomlaDagen organization. Tickets that are found to have been traded or obtained in violation of these terms and conditions will be declared void without refund.

Speakers and Program The conference speaker schedule will be published prior to the event, but is subject to change at any time.

Cancellation In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation of the conference, all tickets will be refunded.

Outside of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, a purchased ticket cannot be cancelled. Tickets can be transferred to someone else.
